Thanks to you, LONGGOOD/Nagara Sake Brewery will be able to celebrate its first anniversary in February.
The first year of starting a restaurant was a tough one, but it was a year that made me acutely aware of a different kind of difficulty.
Therefore, we are planning an event for the upcoming February 4th.
As some of the people who have helped us so much as bartenders will be in Gifu on that day, we will also be holding a charity cocktail event to commemorate the Noto Peninsula earthquake on New Year’s Day.
Each program must be reserved individually, so we would appreciate it if you could participate in the program of your choice (you can make multiple reservations).

A chance to taste cocktails from Japan’s top bartenders!
We will be holding a charity cocktail event for the Noto Peninsula Earthquake by inviting two of Japan’s top bartenders, who have long been close friends with the owner, as guests.
*Proceeds from this event will be donated to the areas affected by the Noto Peninsula Earthquake.

This is a party to commemorate the 1st anniversary of the opening of LONGGOOD Nagara Sake Brewery.
In addition to LONGGOOD products, we have a wide selection of wine, beer, soft drinks, and more that you can enjoy free flow.
With the help of local farmers, we are waiting for you with a wide variety of dishes such as calçots made with charcoal-grilled pesticide-free leeks, which are rare in Gifu, special soups, homemade side dishes, and paella cooked in a large pot.
